Photographing mamas and their babies isn’t just my job – it’s my own experience.
As a mom of two quickly-growing boys, I know how quickly the little moments become memories. From chubby fingers to first giggles and wobbly steps—every milestone deserves to be documented.
It’s not always easy to soak it all in while trying to capture each fleeting stage. That’s why I’m here—to preserve these details so you can look back and see just how much they’ve grown!
Whether your little one is full of personality or a bit shy in front of the camera, I’ll guide the session to capture the magic in every stage of their journey.
Classic Studio Milestones
Time is fleeting and babies don't keep...there are so many changes in just a few months at a time. Classic Studio Sessions are meant to capture all of the details as they grow.
In front of a classic, white studio backdrop, I’ll photograph your little one as they grow through their different stages.
The first year of life is often the most documented, but it's amazing to see all of the changes your little one goes through year after year! Even add in a sibling to capture all of your little ones' milestones at once.
These may be booked individually or as a bundle.

I offer prints, albums, frames, and more so that you can enjoy seeing your images day after day. Your images are an investment and deserve to be printed in the highest quality so they don't just collect digital dust on your phone's camera roll!
Albums are my favorite print product!

Frequently Asked Questions
I recommend scheduling each milestone 2-3 months in advance. Studio milestones are held on select weekday mornings each month in Kinston, NC.
WHEN SHOULD I SCHEDULE MY SESSION?
I will send a full session prep guide to make sure you are fully prepared and give you all of my best advice on what to wear!
I ALWAYS recommend light colors (think baby blues, light pink, etc.). Stick with minimal patterns and designs to keep the focus all on your little one!
What should my child wear?
Studio milestones are primarily for baby. However, if you want to add a sibling or mom and dad for a shot, that is fine.
Keep in mind these are not intended to be family sessions as they are only 30 minutes. Studio milestones are all about capturing the details of your little one and their personality throughout their first year.
