I shoot with the Canon R6 camera body, and my two essential lenses are the 28-70mm 2.0 and 50mm 1.2.
I can't even count how many rolls of this paper I've used over the years! It is sturdy, a clean and true white (Pure White), and is the perfect backdrop for timeless studio sessions.
Some experience is recommended.
My mentoring is best suited for photographers who already have a basic understanding of their camera and have photographed real sessions. For the shadowing session, you should feel fully comfortable shooting in manual mode.
While I’m happy to meet you where you are, this mentorship is not designed for someone starting completely from scratch. Having some foundational business pieces in place — like having photographed paying or practice clients, understanding basic workflow, and knowing the type of photography you want to pursue — will help you get the most out of our time together.
Do I need experience to book mentoring?
I know that figuring out everyone's outfits can be so daunting, so I have taken the guess work out of it for you!
I'll create a custom style board for your family based on your preferences even including links for you to shop!
All newborn sessions also include free access to my client closet for mama, so you won't even have to shop for a dress! I'll also bring plenty of swaddles for baby!
Is the Deep Dive virtual or in person?
Yes. You get two full weeks of access for follow-up questions so you’re supported as you implement everything.
Can I ask questions afterward?
Not at all. You can learn with whatever you currently use.
I use the Canon R6 camera body with TAP profiles in Lightroom.
Do I need a specific camera or preset?
You’ll get a questionnaire that helps us focus on exactly what you need before we meet.
